Foundation and Rise (1997-2004)
After meticulous preparation, we established our factory, earning the distinction of being China's first professional latex production enterprise, cementing our leadership in the industry.

Global Collaboration and Technological Breakthroughs (2009-2011)
International giants came knocking: a Dutch factory sought a strategic alliance to explore the Chinese market, while American partners, after visiting our facilities, praised our R&D potential and invited us to co-develop products. This collaboration led to successful authorization for exports to the U.S., bolstering our global presence. We also invested 38 million RMB (approximately $6 million) to acquire the Talalay process patent and advanced equipment from Europe to enhance product quality and achieve more eco-friendly, high-performance results.

Global Collaboration and Technological Breakthroughs (2009-2011)
We independently mastered the first-generation Talalay process, using low-temperature methods to preserve latex’s natural properties, producing highly elastic, chemical-free products—a remarkable transformation. That same year, we achieved large-scale exports, marking Lapll’s leap from a domestic pioneer to an international supplier.
Continuous Iteration, Pursuit of Excellence (2011-2022)
To address the high energy consumption and limited capacity of the first-generation process, we embarked on second-generation R&D in 2019, culminating in success by 2022. The new process brought significant upgrades:

Optimized cooling environment from -30°C to -45°C, enhancing precision and stability

Fully integrated intelligent production lines, enabling seamless automation

Substantially reduced energy consumption with exponentially increased capacity
