Latex pillows are made from natural latex foamed using high-tech methods. Currently, there are only two processes: DUNLOP and TALALAY.
Among them, the Talalay production process particularly tests technical coordination. It consists of mixing, injection molding, vacuuming (injecting CO2), freezing at -45°C, carbon dioxide shaping, high-temperature steaming, demolding and cleaning, drying, etc. At the same time, the advantage of the Talalay process is that it uses physical foaming principles, and the production process does not use any toxic chemicals. Therefore, it can effectively retain the original characteristics of latex, making the physically foamed latex sponge highly elastic with fully open cells. Because of this, products produced by the Talalay process will have better elasticity and superior breathability compared to other products.
